What our parents are saying

During my recent move to California, I was very intimidated and scared about being in this town alone with no real support system to help me with my children. I signed up for government assistance to help me get on track a little faster and complete my schooling but was having a hard time keeping employment once I completed the course because I didn't have anyone I fully trusted and could rely on to watch my babies and was informed about receiving childcare through CalWorks. It was a pure blessing to hear about the childcare options, being I had told previous workers about my dilemma with keeping employment and none had mentioned anything until I received a new worker who was once in my position and offered me the help. I reviewed various daycares but I felt safer having my infant who was only 4 months at the time and never had been out of my care, at a church setting that was equipped with surveillance cameras and an open door policy for parents. I felt welcome and fully informed during my initial meeting. I felt very secure and comfortable knowing you have to have an access code to retrieve the children and also an ID is requested for confirmation. This center has made it easier for me to go to work and not feel anxious, I can actually focus on work and my duties while my child is at daycare. I feel so blessed to have my child accepted, so lucky they had an open slot for her and is going on almost 2 years she's been enrolled. My daughter has learned so much being the in care of her favorite teacher however she enjoys all the staff. I like that they helped me get her off the binky and encourages social sharing time. They provide meals and naps, their routine is similar to how it would be at home. It's such a healthy and happy atmosphere and my daugther is always smiling and dancing when I arrive to pick her up. If anything ever was to go wrong, they even have a system that we can communiate via text immediately. I plan on keeping her enrolled as long as I can, it feels like family and I know I can trust them with my mini me. I wouldn't want her anywhere else. She enjoys painting and singing with her teachers and friends and that brings me so much comfort and joy.

I appreciate that the center is faith-based and church affiliated. My child has the ability to learn the Bible and fun activities with the opportunity to socialize with other kids.

The staff truly loves the kids (even the ones in other classes). The materials they teach are substantive and wholesome, very Christian. The meals are great, facilities safe and clean, and they do a lot of fun special activities for the kids throughout the year. Tuition prices are great and hours are very flexible.

I have noticed that my daughter is deeply influenced by the teachers and how educated she has become. Her belief in Jesus Christ has been important in our lives. I can say she impressed me with how affectionate she is becoming to others and myself. What I like about the center is how family-oriented it is. One thing for sure is I know that my daughter is safe and respected at the center. I like how good the communication is in giving me updates on my daughter. They also have special events for the kids and parents. I enjoy getting to share special moments and pictures on the dojo app. I really appreciate being able to see our kids having so much fun and being happy with the teachers they love. I'm giving thanks to the center, keep up with the good work 👍

We love that the curriculum is faith based and our kids are learning the foundations of faith. The center has small classes and a caring staff. My children love the food! They feel safe and loves, which is priceless to me.

I have had the pleasure of having my granddaughter attend FCOG Early Enrichment Center for the past two years and I couldn't be happier. The teachers truly love the children and it's clear that they are deeply about each one of them. My granddaughter absolutely loves going to "school" every day and I attribute that to the warm, nurturing environment the teachers create.
